The roof top Grid-Tie Solar Photovoltaic Power Pack at AVG Motors Limited, Kottayam, Kerala is setup as a fixed type structure, utilizing the vacant area of about 125 sq. mtr. available over the roof of the building.
The capacity of the Solar Power Pack is 19.11 kWp and since the 95% of the load is during day time, a battery-less grid tied system is provided.
